| Many files I wish
to share are too big, what can I do? We highly recommend using Windows Media Encoder, it encodes many file types into wma audio files, or into wmv video files. For wmv, select the 64Kbps rate for output file. For wma files choose 'audio for dial-up modems' which offers near mp3 quality in a tiny file.

The system allows various file types for videos, for each type your browser must have the correct software to support playback. PC users must have QuickTime installed to view .mov files. Mac users must have Windows Media Player and the correct plugin for their browser to play wmv, and wma files. Lastly, both PC and Mac users must have RealPlayer installed in order to watch rm files. It may be a plugin issue, try the 'D' link to download the file instead..... Lastly, RealPlayer is commonly known to become corrupt, reinstall it if you are having trouble watching realmedia files.
